You can also drop kick zombies, thats so dope. If I find out you can german suplex a zombie like Leon in resident evil 4 I'm gonna lose it.
Plus you can dodge behind (C) and execute them (E) - quick way to be rid of em.
Later on - each of the specialisation skills get their own combat tricks and bonuses.
There's a suplex move, a dropkick, standing executions, special heavy attacks, etc - all sorts of fun stuff.
What your able to choose from depends on the traits that a survivor has.
Have a read of the wiki and the sub-skills sections.

I believe there are special books which allow you to give a survivor a particular skill (i.e. Powerhouse) even if they don't meet the requirements.
Endurance gives you a special move. Run (shift) and a melee attack (left click) into a zombie from any direction will have him lift the zombie over his head and drop it behind him, on its back. All you have to do is to turn around and execute.
I don't know if you would call this a suplex.
Testing out a lot of the melee moves have been fun. Theres a few mix and match combos you can mess with from the skills from cardio, wits and fighting. I first thought that fighting was the only skill tree that had fighting moves.
