Network Signal Booster

So I did have this Network Signal Booster at the beginning of my playing days here, but before I knew anything about legacy or anything. So lost it.

But now I am setup in my FC it seems I never get a trader anymore. I keep trying to get rid of my enclaves (the bad ones) but then a story one pops up instead of a trader.

Is there any other way of getting the Network Signal Booster? (+2 outposts)
Going for the elusive 7 outposts. (working on getting RT Hacking too)

Tip; don't stay in Trumbull Valley for long. The story missions there makes the "enclave slots" fill up very quickly.

Just go there and set up shop, kill some plague hearts and go and get the rare weapons case loot. Then leave to the other four proper maps.

The Network Trader is quite rare, even more so than the Red Talon Trader. I have actually played 20-30 hours (maxing out a community and everything) without getting a visit from the Network Trader. It is the only way of getting the Network Signal Booster - other than asking people to trade you one in MP.

I don't think succeeding at the Network random missions have any bearing of whether or not they will come visit you. So no tricks that I know of.

Best farming method is to play the game on weekdays waiting for network trader
When he spawns go check his gear exit the game, play again until spawns...rinse and repeat

Red Talon Trader rare? funny, for me he ever comes when i call for him with the radio and his CD is ready. woud be a scam if he dont appear when i pay good RT Currency for that...
Network Trader has the same chance to appear like any other trader, exept the 2 special nutjobs that only have a chance to appear at weakends.
got it onetimes that i done a job for a network guy and got the +2 thingy as reward, but that was several patches ago.

Not prestige red talon trader, there is also a normal red talon trader

only know of the RTX Stormbringer as RT Weapon that is sold by a normal weapon vendor for normal Influence.
by chance you mean the Echo Trader instead of the RT one?

No. There is a Red Talon Trader, and both them and the Network Trader are rarer than the regular traders. You have a better chance of getting the Rare Skills Trader and the Mysterious Wandering Trader than you do the RTT and the NT.

The RTT sells the Stormbringer, Hordebreaker, RTX Rampart, RTX Cyclone, Heavy and Magnum ammo presses, RTX Extermination Blade, Katana Machete, Breaching Hammer, Ammo & Fuel rucksacks and sometimes a gun from the Spec Ops range.

You can get it from keeping maximum survivor morale they will often find better goodies at higher morale and I've found at least 1 additional copy (using 1 and 2 more just sitting in inventory) via survivor random find), and I bought the other one from The Network agents.

The occasional trader will more likely to carry it. In addition to that, sometimes you get request from The Network agent in field requesting backups - if you arrive within 30 seconds and make sure they stay alive you can trade before complete quest they will also sell it.

Although in most cases if you dilly dally like most people they usually would be dead by the time you arrive.

I got it at random on dread from a network trader. Seems like the threshold for the trader having it and compost bins.

never seen such a normal RT Trader, and i guess you use a mod for it, because what you describe woud make the unlock of sayed weapons in Daybreak useless.
on the other hand network traders are all but rare for me.
Stormbringer and ammo press i see at random at normal ammo/weapon traders.

The ammo traders never sell the Stormbringer.

The normal traders arrive alone, the RT trader are 3 people, and the Network Trader are two guys. What you describe as "weapon trader" is the Red Talon Trader. The ammo trader carries a Custom AK47, SOCOM II, Model 99-50, a Bloater Grenade Launcher and a Sighted SCAR-H.

That's the whole point of getting prestige points from Daybreak.
I think the terminology of an RT Trader is confusing you. It's under Daybreak radio commands called Prestige Trader.

im not confused, only about there confused statement that it ISNT the trader you just described (and i before too) but a normal random one that dont needs a radio call.
i know who sold me my RT stuff and exept for the stormbringer it wasnt a random trader but the one i called for prestige....
