Tressie Huerta - Trumbull valley Grow-Chem

Playing the Trumbull Valley Map some way into the play through Tressie gives you a Jug of Trumbull Valley Grow-Chem and says " If you need more I can supply it ".

So I purchased another one for the second Farm I had, and when I went to install it, it says only one can be installed in a base.

Ummm..... game consistency working at it finest !, lol.
