As for now, there are about 6 clothing compilation mods on The Nexus, including some military ones.
The only issue I have is the speculation I have got from how they are employing and allocating new devs in the sutdio. They are putting them on SOD2 rather than SOD3.
To me that is weird as really you want one person to work on the same thing throughout that live project. Rather than making them go to an old game (pretty much) and then inevitably leaving it in 2 or so years just to go to their new game, which will have different mechanics, codes and everything by the sounds of it. To me, it doesn't make sense. But then again, I am coming at it as a purely businessman perspective with basically no knowledge (I have a bit but not on the technical side of things) on how to code or anything.
