Will not let me proceed to signin

Game will open fine, but it will let me get past the sign in screen to put my microsoft account info. I have verified the game files, uninstalled & reinstalled already. Should I just buy and redownload on the xbox game store?

Having the same problem! I've been able to play it in the past without issue, but I just re-installed it and I can't get passed the "Sign In" popup

i Just bought the game as well and i have the same issue. windows 11, and i just tried running the exe as admin and no go

Running off of windows 10 and it's doing it. tried everything OP did, still nada

add me to the list of people having this issue. Funny thing is I could get into the sign in screen literally 17 hours ago, I just couldn't remember the password to my xbox account at the time, so I just said "I'll sign into it tomorrow after work" and went to bed. Guess I'm not doing that now.

Same here! I'm glad to know it's not just me. There must be a bug. I could sign in as well earlier today, but now I can't- clicking the sign in button doesn't proceed or do anything, but every other button is still working.

Same here can't sign up. noting appears to be happen when i click the sign up button.

Sign in link to Xbox account does nothing, reinstalled Xbox app, companion, gaming components, fix and reset, run as Administrator, nothing works, just a dead link.

also tried reinstalling the game, reinstalling steam / repair, dx and Microsoft Visual C++ 2019 from the game folder

1) Press the Start button, type Credential Manager, and press Enter

2) Select Windows Credentials, and navigate to Xbl|DeviceKey

3) Select Remove, and close Credential Manager

Reboot (probably not needed, but i think it helps with xbox login issues)
Log into xbox app and xbox game bar first, then launch the game
