does the automechanic and the driver bonus stack?
that sound reduction and fuel efficiency?

Yes, those things seem to stack when I have an auto-shop and a mobile operations red-talon which is like having a driver person.

(cant say 100% without being a code nerd or w.e)

the driver person thou gives the bonus only to himself. the automechanic trait, which the mobile op has, gives to whole community. the driver should then have double bonus. with activated auto-shop even tripple.

I think it maxes out at 75% off though.
