Trumbull valley - Red Talon Base -Chavez Bug

Is this a Permanent Bug now ?, because every time I play this Map Chavez is always busy, after I move into the Red Talon Base, and never helps to get the Surviver to fix the Base.

I haven't encountered this bug since Update 25, which continued until the next update when a fix was introduced.

Strange I noticed a few people coment on a youtube video as well dated 2 weeks ago.

It's possible the last Hotfix reverted it back to broken. It was just before that was the last time I occupied the FOB. In any case, submit it on their bug report page. That is where they have even stated recently that they focus their attention on with bugs. If you already have, you can update a bug, even ones they have closed as being fixed, and say it is here again, or never went away for you.

There are a few things I know that can possibly block that quest.

1.) Hitting the max enclave limit.
2.) CLEO quest line being active.
3.) Izzy's side quest line being active.

But none of those, I think it may be the PTR Beta, I have notified Undeadlabs.

I played the Trumbull Valley a while ago and i had the same problem with Chavez being busy, but only happened in the Red Talon Watchtower.

The quests of the others facilities worked perfectly, but Chavez was always busy for the Watchtower quest and i tried everything including destroying every Plague Hearts and infestations, did all the quests too. So nothing worked and i gave up and never did the quest with the Watchtower :(

Yes same here only watchtower, which gives you the free Red Talon Recruit as well, after this play through, I might remove the Beta and see if its in the Released game.

I am playing the Beta to try out the Forever Communities, but I am also not sure, but I think that the Followers taking forever to get into cars may be present in the beta as well, which was supposed to have been improved.

Yeah i see, but unfortunately this issue with the Watchtower, was happening to me, way before the Forever Communities beta launch and so it could happen to you again... maybe.

Btw going to try again and see if it will work this time, i will update this post when the time comes.

Played again without the beta and It doesn't work, Chavez is still busy for my Watchtower. I give up lol xD

Started a New Play through on Released Current Version, Chavez is still busy, Have not even seen Izzy yet. Got 5 people and moved straight in.

I'm also currently getting the "busy" response for the Watchtower. Other quests were fine.

I drove over to his cabin, and hid in the bushes for a few days. Chavez is definitely not busy. Decided he's just a big liar and doesn't want to help, so I won't be sending him a Christmas card this year.

Just to let everyone knows, the issue with Chavez being busy to fix the Red Talon Watchtower was fixed in the recent update. I just did the quest right now.

Okay so I have Juggernaut edition on xbox, and I have problems with Chavez being busy. This time it is only for the workshop, I have 9 people and have done all the quests.
