How to transfer my saves from steam to xbox pc?

Tried it on the free weekend on steam, but i noticed it's on xbox pass so i have it there. Issue is, i can't figure out how to transfer the saves from steam to xbox pc... anyone can help?

Sadly there is NO save transfer from Steam to Xbox/PC, Steam uses it's own save file, there may be a workaround with mods like the community editor, I know you can import export characters but iv never actually tried it myself so not sure. you're achievment progress should carry over though.
Also jsut as a side note, have you tried manually moving your save game file from one to the other? please backup your saves before you try this. :), a quick google showed you can go from win10 to steam so I assume it works both ways.

I found the solution.

Create a new save in Xbox. Move the saved from the steam folder to the Xbox folder. Then rename the steam saves with the random numbers that are the xbox saves… it worked.
