Knowledge of Computer
Have anyone yet found it? im looking for like 4hours still no luck. give me some tip please

Maybe. Would be worth a try.
Yeah i tried it when i read something about Computer and programing but it doesnt teach you, it improves your techniques. Also im wandering all around map to find someone who has that skill. but still no luck

im pretty sure the radio tower gives the character the skill if they have the 5th slot empty?

It does. I just did it two days ago with a survivor with no 5th skill.

A cell tower apparently teaches knowledge of computers to survivors. had to sacrifice one outpost just to get it.

I don't know if someone mentioned this already, but an alternative method is that if you have a Trader as a leader you can use the radio commands to ask for a "Part Merchant/Trader", this is after building the Trader building, I'm pretty sure it always has a computer book on it's inventory.

Yeah it does. I saw video about that on youtube when i was google'ng about it, unfortunately i had no survivar with trader skill so i had to go other way xD
