Turn Off Independence Pack?

Hey guys, I wanna jump into this co op with a friend but dont like the idea that we can just call in car drop offs etc, is there anyway to turn it off? Its too tempting to use it and it ruins immersion

Either display some self-discipline and don't use it or play at higher difficulties where it costs way too much influence to be useful. It's hardly the only pack that allows you to call in vehicles, or even other types of equipment. You cannot turn it off.

Oh yes the "Oh i can use this option, so i need to use that option" agrument.
don't be a kid and if you don't like it, don't use it. that simple. BUT that said i'm 99% sure you are playing with mods that give more inventory slots to cars :D

Just....don't use it. If you do, that's on you lmao

You can disable DLCs when clicking on the game in the library, might be hidden in a menu somewhere. The verify your files and the game will be without that DLC.
Don't own this game, but its the same for all other games so probably the same here.

You can use https://ghidra-sre.org/
to decompile it.
Then it should be pretty easy (<10 hours) to find the box and hide it.
I won't recommend deleting it, it's very hard to know all dependencies.

You can also use cheatengine to hide hud or menu elements.

This doesn't work for the Jugg edition, it's all packaged as one item and there is no DLC.
As for OP, I too wish there was a way to disable components like this.
