Is Trumbull County Everyone's Favorite Map?

It is mine, because it seems that there are many more great items that can be found, I do like its lay-out, and it has an excellent massive base, "The Farm".

What do you people think are the best Maps and Bases, if not those?

It has my favorite base in the game, Farmland Compound, and it has a great nostalgia feeling for me going back 8 years. I can't really say it's my favorite though. It seems to have fewer high-end places to loot. Each map has something I really like, but none have enough together to overwhelm me and convince me "that's the map!".

If I had to pick, I know it's probably counter the majority, I actually prefer Providence Ridge overall for the feel. I think because it has the closest feel to Trumbull, when thinking back to the first game (other than the current Trumbull map), with a variety of areas and towns, lots of farmland and a large number of military supplies.

I like it, too, but found that Trumbull Valley had everything that I needed, and the mountains were not a big problem.

A lot of people like Meagher Valley, and would like for them to explain why it is their favorite.

Mine is Drucker County. I like the number of Rare Weapons Cases on it, and the layout with isolated towns that you need to learn shortcuts through ravines and stuff in order to navigate properly. It feels much more unique than the other maps.

Really? I must be imagining all my offroad shortcuts and driving I take on every map, even including the much-maligned Drucker County. Pretty much if it's a real place an offroad vehicle can go in real life you can go in the game. It's even favored to the game version, because there are some steep inclines no vehicle would make in real life.

Trumbull definitely has the most work put into it from the devs. It is my fav now as well.

Meagher is a fav because it is easiest to get around among other things.

I have seen people write that Meagher Valley is their favorite, and I would like to know what is so great about it, as the only thing that stands-out is that it is easy-to-navigate.

Its my favorite map with my favorite base, Squelones Brewing Company.

I really love providence ridge, it has the good feeling of 'how a mountainous region would be in a apocalipse'. Other maps are good and all but they don't feel completely real on the scenary, probably because there a lot of similar areas all around, don't give me a 'its unique' feeling.

The only downside to Providence Ridge for me is one of the recent updates stopped survivors from occupying and firing from the roof of the Prescott Fire Station. They used to do a remarkable job from several different locations up there of taking out threats, but not anymore. Hopefully they ID the cause of this soon.

Im fairly new to the game, and I took the firestation to try it out mainly for its inbuild facilities (over the logging camp) and felt let down by that scout tower. since noone really goes up there (only seen a survivor use the chairs on the roof). Which is weird that I can build a sniper tower with the same purpose, but in a RL situation, I should be able to convert/upgrade the scout tower into a sniping tower if I wanted to be efficient..... so they really did use to man and shoot from up there ? But its broken/removed ?

All I know is they are dam terrible using sniper/watch towers... as well. especially in sieges. I watch them watch them let the zombies run into the base without firing their guns. Take a pot shot here and there, and then its smoko

Not removed, just broken. Two people used to shoot from the back side where the tower is and keep the back field clear and both gates covered. A third would usually be on the 2nd floor on the kitchen balcony shooting to the front. I used to bring any Juggs and Ferrels following me by the front, and they would take care of them easily.

It's been reported and I know the Design Director is aware of it. It will get fixed eventually.

Trumbull Valley is nostalgic and I really like it but it doesn't beat Meagher Valley imo.

Not only is the drive easy on Meagher Valley, it also has Squelones Brewing Company which is the best base in the game.
