Outfits that aren't in closet.
I had this one survivor with a hoodie I really liked unfortunately he died and I cannot find it anywhere in the closet. So I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a way to get it in the closet or on a survivor with mods?

If it was one of the outfits that came on a character, no, you can only get it again by chance. However, you can use the Community Editor (CE), which is a save file editor to change an existing character. In there you can cycle through all of the available characters. The outfits are not separate, so you'll have to look at every single one to change an existing character model till you find a model that has what you want for an outfit.

never seen an outfit on a survivor that i dont found myself by looting over time.

you must have a big outfit collection then, i have tons of them and i still get survivers with a set of cloths that i do not have.
i even tryed one of the mods that claim to unlock all outfits and even them don't have some starter surviver outfits. (some do, don't get me wrong here)
