They will check it and fix it.
Right now they need as many vids showing whats happening as possible.
They are aware of quite a few bugs and reporting bugs makes things get fixed faster
If you can't record it - still report it though.
I play the Dread setting and since I've played that setting I've found the Juggernaut to require a high number of head shots and/or melee before he'll go down. I must admit I'm not sure how powerful the Sniper you can call up is, but I should think that if you are on one of the two highest difficulty settings eg, Nightmare or Lethal you'll need a lot more firepower.
You can check through the Patch/Build notes to see if you can see anything on this:-

Sent a report anyway.
So I ran down the rest of the zombies, jumped out of the car since the car is like paper to a jug. (even to zombies lol) hit rooftop sniper and nothing... just bang bang bang.. nothing hitgting the jug.... and t his guy im on has scouting..... so you dont even see any zombies in the area on my map.
Its ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ this dont work. I dont want to deplete my ammo and it probably wont even be near enough....
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2684501984 just so you see scouting picks up nothing... but the jug is continuesly charging me without taking and damage from rooftop sniper. Best I can do.
Thinking of giving up on nightmare combat,, and just go dread combat, and leave the other 2 on nightmare. :/
I can also confirm it still works on the zombies, seen it shoot a few on teh ground
Okay, there is a big difference between the sniper recon you are using and the one you probably think you are using.
The recon sniper from things like enclaves is the weaker version of the 50. cal sniper from the Builder leader watchtower (and I think CLEO sniper support). From my experience, it will NOT kill a juggernaut (it wont even stumble them) and just like all sniper support, it will not prioritize what you want all the time. Some other zeds likely spawned and it is targeting them.
I never use that enclave sniper support for anything other than thinning out regular zed hordes because that is the only thing I found it useful for.
Though I would not be surprised if its also a bug (the shooting but not seeing anything getting shot), I think its wrong for it to be shooting anything not within range of the player anyways. Like, the player is obviously not using it to kill zombies they can not see lol.
The Rooftop Sniper (from enclave or hero bonus) costs 100 influence and fires about 15 .50cal shots at a slower rate.
Both take about 5-6 shots to down a jugg and they seems to target nearby zombies first.
There is also the CLEO Fire Support from CLEO transmitter mod that costs 125 prestiges and fires more shots at much much faster rate but deals less dmg to jugg (I suppose they are rifle rounds).
Is it really shooting .50 cals? It sure as heck never seems like it, never killed a jugg, downed it, or even stumbled it when shot from my experience.
What (aggression) level are you playing on CheekiBreeker as I'd thought that would have an effect on how powerful add-on snipers are in the game?
Two Jugs assaulting base, and I hear a bunch of sniper shots & see nothing on the field (normal zeds, nor jugs) even flinch.
On the higher difficulties it's best to avoid high risk sieges altogether by keeping your base threat low. The Red Talon Watchtower (if you play Daybreak) is useful for this versus the standard Watchtower. There are also survivor traits and quirk skills that keep threat down.
Of course, all of that is going to be dated info whenever they patch in the new infestation/siege mechanic as I don't believe noise/threat will be tied to sieges.
If you really have to dispatch a juggernaut then explosives are often your best bet since 50 cal ammo is fairly scarce on higher difficulties unless you find the mod to create or have the Warlord armory.
