No, it is the first one in every legacy storeline after all the plague hearts are destroyed. As the leader you talk to the people at the base.
I think I did not leave any of them ignored (there were not much of those this run as I recoll). Thanks for the suggestion, I'll have a run around the map.
Getting rid of more enclaves gets tough at this point, since what are left provide usefull bonuses, and game wants to fill the void almost immedeately.
Folow up question - how many enclaves does the last warlord mission spawn? The second to last spawns up to 4 (or includes some existing ones).
And does anyone have any info on the voices which reliably have warlord speech recorded?
The last warlord mission spawns 4 extra hostile enclaves, and one group in an unmarked location (maybe this were just guys from one of those enclaves relocated, dunno, you only have to go to one of them during the mission before confronting them).
And the final cutscene had no voiceover anyway. FIN
