cheaters everywhere
its just sad how multiplayer games are these days... You ask for help, 3 kids join your game with 999 round grenade launchers and immortal survivors, dropping cars all over using skins from survivors you cant even access in the game.
Few days ago i noticed the "community editor" was outdated because the new updates.
The message forum of that mod got over 400 messages of requests.
People just cant play the game if not cheating.
You go play a shooting game online, there you go, cheaters all over, you go play anything and you get to these kids. Even here, a game that is mainly fkn single player, as soon as you join someones game for fun or ask someone to join yours, there comes the cancer.
I dont know what are people's problem
Play the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game like it was designed . If you suck and dumb enough to make mistakes and lose your survivor, deal with it.
Part of the reason i dont play games anymore is this. I wish i was a person who enjoy alot playing single player but i get bored really easy.

dont know about u but i have seen some ppl cant get into this game with out alittle boost then get used to how to play it then stop with the boosted start, others "try" and i mean "try" to help with 1 hit kill plague heart weapons, 999 items (like fuel and ammo) or other ways maybe im to nice saying "ppl try to help others" some are ass's who drop 100 weapons on the ground then leave, we wont go into the ppl who are like "i have played 300 hrs or more mod's help me keep play a game i like" XD but maybe try talking to someone who joins and ask them not to use modded weapons and not to spawn loot maybe that will help u even if the other person cant talk they can still hear u if VC is on or u know get friends who play and play with them. hope that help's and have a good day =)

To play Devils Advocate here, there are some non cheaty things you can do with the Community Editor. Like changing survivor names, appearances, and voices. Changing your community name. You can also change the the color of your Vehicles. I mean, technically you're spawning in a different vehicle with a specific color, but if there's already a Maximilian on the map, I don't consider overwriting a Blue one with a Black one to be cheating.

You get tired of hearing the same female voice on 3 different women? Community Editor.
Don't like your random generated community name? Community Editor.
Want to name all of your survivors and change appearances? Community Editor.
You want a Blaze Orange Miragra NT instead of that Blue one? Community Editor.

If you really want to feel the pressure in this game, try playing a survivor that you actually customized and named and have actually grown attached to instead of the random you picked up from an enclave or random rolled at the start. I even made myself in one game (which I guess you could say is cheating because I edited their Traits) but I gave him things like Bad Back (because I have one), PC Gamer and such, purposefully avoiding anything op like Immortal.

I don't condone cheating in multiplayer unless it's agreed upon by everyone, but just blindly calling out people for asking when the Community Editor will be updated is silly.

You can get op characters in game regardless, the community editor just lets you sort that out earlier rather than later and without relying on rng. I suppose it could get stupid if people used the editor to toggle god mode and such or stacked it with massive amounts of traits but you can get survivors in game with red talon traits, skills and whatnot, and things like immortal. Stack those with characters with beneficial community skills and such and you have yourself op characters, or at least ones that can take a lot of punishment.

I used it to make me and my friends, and some other game characters I like. I clearly didn't go overboard and unfair on it since they still have issues in game surviving. But yeah thats just me, I'm sure a good amount abuse it to hell and ruin it for themselves and others. I find the people that join and drop a ton of things and hacked weapons the bigger problem, I see that happen often.

As for people that don't seem to die, do bare in mind they could just have a ton of healing items, even on lethal its possible to tank a good amount.

people definetly go nuts with it, well past making a character they get attached to. In fact its clearly the majority.

There are more than enough people being malicious bringing their modding to other peoples games to make "ask for help" or "volunteer for help" totally useless to someone playing vanilla.

In what way? The only things I can think of that would ruin someone else's game is if they drop modded in items, hacked weapons or if they godmode themselves via cheats or community editor with vast amounts of traits.

I rarely see people die in general, even in lethal. Kinda makes me question if hosts are cheating too.
