I'd say my go to mods are: Community Editor, Dev Menu, and UnDaybreakable walls.

With the CE you can make your people unkillable, immune to plague, export/import survivors from Enclaves into your group and more.

Dev Menu lets you give your community resources, apply a 1 Hit Kill to all, add/remove trauma, HP, plague, etc to your current character. Not everything on it works afaIk. It takes the place of Bandages so those are "gone" from the game.

Other mods I use: 8AutoOutpostbuff, 999 ammo-consumable-misc stacks [3 separate mods], Faster Searching, HordesRHordier, Trunk Deposit anywhere, and LightBrite Flashlight/headlights.

Note* The OHK-One Hit Kill can affect your attempt at Barbershop Quartet, and it won't count the Juggs you kill in Daybreak.

For a game that offers a dedicated wardrobe closet for customization of chars, the outfits still lack variety and style a LOT. Any outfit mods in the works?

There are some on the Discord iIrc. Like they have neon writing on them. One modder made a gun fire fireworks and they want to add the Star Wars blaster sound to it. I haven't been there in a week, don't know what's new. I believe someone added Beards too. Like every male in this apocalypse is clean shaven? I mean, come on.

I have some that put the light on even on day (on some base the interior without light are dark af), allow you to spawn all your survivors and not just ...8 i think it's 8 etc etc

what discord??

also, i do currently use mods from nexusmods.

im just saying officially offering mod support in steam will make it much easier to mod the game, as usually devs will put out some mod tools for modders to use, or at the very least instructions how to edit certain files.

would also be much easier to keep track of which mods go out of date, and which mods have an update.

Like a Skyrim Creation Kit type thing? I would love to learn how to mod SoD2 myself. I have a few ideas.
