How do I complete the Warlord Legacy

All Hearts are destroyed (Have been for almost a week in game) I have the building Armory/Arsenal whatever. I have had at least 7 missions with a Guy telling me his group is going to kick my ass. I know we need to find about this Coalition.

What I don't have....is ANY ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ IDEA WHAT I SHOULD BE DOING.

So treat me like I am an ♥♥♥♥♥ because I can't figure this out. What does the game mean by create an arsenal and destroy all outside threats?

And Evidently the internet wants to keep it a secret two. I don't want to complete all 4 in one game. I JUST want to complete ONE.

It's possible that whatever trigger that was supposed to mark that you were ready for a final mission simply isn't working. Whenever I have an issue with a mission, I tend to quit the game and reload in order to restart the mission assignment routine. The warlord mission chain isn't particularly buggy and I've never head of anybody's save getting borked due to a mission requirement going horribly wrong. I recently tried to finish a builder legacy on lethal and it is the same problem, the final mission never ends no matter what I do. From what I have read online, recent patches to the game fubared something for a lot of people and so they can't finish the story.

Yeah, I just got reset to a New beginning for the second time this session. I am just so done with it.

What happens if you demote a leader? I don't want to lose the character. I can stand to lose the Armory.

You just lose feature that tie to that character, like warlord u lose warlord thing like building and some features i dont know
You character will be demote to Hero (Recruit > Civ > Hero > Leader)

EDIT1 : And your story Warlord progress will be reset (i think i play before update 20 back then, now just do bounty)

Cool, thanks. Didn't really care much for the Warlord thing anyway. My three starters all had it. Still not sure what the criteria is.

I think to get warlord you just gotta ♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥ up and slaughter communities, threaten and kill everyone when you get the chance. I might be wrong since I have kinda only got started into the game but I think you just have to massacre everyone you come across when you have the chance. And just go on with warlord missions like Weapons To The People and attempt to complete all the chances you get on a warlord mission and complete it by successfully going for kills, no negotiation to the enclaves about peacefully getting stuff back help you get it i think

No, the "legacies" are simply put a few missions that comes after you have destroyed all the Plague Hearts in a terrority. The so-called Legacy missions that pops up before you have destroyed all the Plague Hearts are irrelevant and has a history of messing up the endgame (although that is not necessarily what has happened here).

Killing all other enclaves does nothing.

Edit: although a side not on the above, is that something that may cause issues with the endgame is that there are too many enclaves (of all kinds, including traders) on the map, preventing another from spawning. The group that attacks you in the Warlord Legacy final mission counts as an enclave as far as the game is concerned. There is a max number of enclaves...
