How to grab and hard push zombie on PC ?

I mean what button to press i alr try dodge behind zombie and press X to grab then i press a spacebar it just push zombie away but not hard enough to get another zombie in front of me to get down . any tips ? thanks sorry for my bad eng man hope you guys understand my question.

Do your character have Powerhouse? I don't do this grapple-thing, but I think that harder throw is a Powerhouse ability.

* Red Talon, i believe can grab zombies even face to face.
* From behind a zombie?, pretty sure this is the normal method (without some skill).

After holding a zombie (which you can continue to long as you got stamina) to throw... i forget, maybe it is the jump button.


If you run out of stamina then the hold breaks and you... lightly throw? or just let go.

i just saw youtuber did that with fresh start so im not sure is that a simple use or they got powerhouse

it throw man but it not hard enough to knockdown zombie all the way it just push and no impact on that grab maybe i need powerhouse first.
