Не могу войти в учетную запись Xbox live

Игра загружается до заставки где написано: "Нажмите любую клавишу, чтобы продолжить".
Затем выскакивает сообщение: "Не удается войти в учетную запись. Для игры в state of Decey2 требуется действующая учетная запись Xbox Live." Вариант один нажать на ОК после чего меня возвращает к первой заставке где написано "Нажмите любую клавишу", и так по кругу. Запись Xbox Live у меня есть, я даже зашел один раз, но нажал = после чего все сломалось. Помогите кто знает что можно сделать?!

у меня вообще проблема другая, все нормально захожу логинюсь, перекидывает в меню начать и все нажимаю кнопку " начать" нечего не происходит

По входу в учетку XBOX: Решение которое мне помогло: После запуска игры, после входа в Xbox Live, прямо перед окном, в котором неактивная кнопка «Поехали» , принудительно выйдите из игры, нажав alt + f4, а затем снова запустите игру

Issue:
The user is prompted to login once they load up the game. Either the credentials are entered wrong, they disconnect whilst logging in, or other factors are at play that causes the login prompt to not be displayed again.

Solution:
1) Press the Start button, type Credential Manager, and press Enter

2) Select Windows Credentials, and navigate to Xbl|DeviceKey

3) Select Remove, and close Credential Manager

This removes the previous login information stored on the users machine and forces the prompt to happen as new.

Thats an outdated guide. Xbox identity provider is now called "Gaming Services". And "Xbox console companion" is depreceated and been replaced with an App called "Xbox"

If you have "Xbox Console Companion" You actually want to uninstall it.

I really suggest turning off the "auto timezone" function and manually selecting the timezone you are in.
