My Aunt, The prepper bugged?

Just started playing with the new update. I started a new game in Cascade Hills with new characters, just to try the thing from scratch. Just after I destroyed the first plague heart (really early in the game from when I usually take one on) I got the mission listed in the title. When I arrived at the house (Literally 150m from home base Justineau House), there was nothing to find.

A bit more background. I had already plundered the place just after I set up my base, so I had already grabbed everything. In prior games, the game spawns something to check, and poof, you have what you need. This time however, it didn't spawn anything to search like it normally would.

Has this happened to anyone?

I had this happen two times, even before the update. The quest was marked on a house that was already plundered and I could not end the quest.

Having a different problem with this mission. When trying to get my Aunt's weapon, There is the body and a crate next to it. Will only let me loot the crate and not the body. Twice this mission has spawned and twice in same location.

It is at a upper camp site West from the Firewatch Fortress starter base.

Check your base inventory, you may have a sheet of paper with an exclamation point. You looted it before the quest began but it still exists. If you sold it already then check the enclave you sold it to.

For the second problem where you can't proc the loot option because the body is too close try going into settings->gameplay and set 'use camera to target interactions' to never and you should be able to get the loot option.

Have you tried moving bases once the mission cancels? I was going to try that when I get back to my game. Maybe it will respawn somewhere else if you aren't in the same place. I was reading the new stuff added... how the enclaves will appear close to where the PC is rather than near your first base. Maybe the same will be true about missions.
