2n update, so i toke this person along for looting and she started to talk, next thing i know the penalty trait was gone.
It's the second half of this sentence. You do get the additional -66% exp rate traits when retraining multiple skills but they don't display. This isn't a problem really as you will still max it out in the end.
I'm not sure why they added that penalty, presumably to stop situational specific spamming of the retraining manuals, but its a useless addition really.
So yes your right, using multiple Respec Books Gives a negative Trait but the 4th row only shows the most newest trait, So a tactic for people that want the perfect character with nice traits is to pick one with 3 traits from the get-go and Respec first before taking this character as a companion for there hearth to hearth talk. Do note that Unbreakable is gone put it self in 4th place if a new trait is discovered, With the exception of Respec-traits.
