Lethal zone even possible to beat?

So i found nightmare really easy and im enjoying lethal zone so far but ive wasted a lot of resources already with a community I prepared so I wonder if lethal zone is possible to beat by starting in lethal or do you probally just have to build up billions of resources in naother difficulty to beat it?

I gave lethal a shot, just finished playing, after 2 months away i think.

If you start 100% fresh (WHICH IT SHOULD BE), then it does the mode justice. Don't make mistakes, they srsly cost you.



It was a good warm up, but i ended up not taking things serious enough.

My Mistakes:
* Let bloater explode on vehicle (ya, im that lazy, basically drove into it), "PLAGUE BLOATER". Drove and jumped out, but not enough cause the vehicle was too close still. Ya... that person died. LMAO.

* Was hunting for plague samples to save 2nd person (was with me during previous mistake). Drop rate sucked, so i went inside the plague building. I think it spawned a plague feral... well one eventually came while i contended with a 1v6 plagued zombies

I made it to the vehicle. Plague feral broke the door instantly tho (as they do). A zombie at some point was on me and threw me out before i drove more then 50ft. Feral came up fast and finished me before i got off the ground.



I was rusty, lazy, and i paid for it. Honestly, it was fun. Best way to play has to be 100% fresh tho. Try unlocking all legacies before you do whatever that lead to stomping the difficulty.

how'd you play it if it just released?

yep even though i have all red talon tryhard mode it was decently fun but still not hard enough
the only problem
the freaking plague feral thats the only hard one

Gotta try a 100% fresh. No loaded up 3 survivors, No taking a community with all Red Talon. Don't use dlc. Don't call for Red Talon survivors. At least give the mode a chance.

Finishing all 36 Plague Hearts with those resources in a single map - that will definitely be extremely challenging resource-wise, but doable if you do it right. You need to have a Still to produce Ethanol, and a Trader leader. Then make sure you go at a surplus while producing goods for sale and looting the entire map, antagonizing all Enclaves to take their stuff. Then it's possible. It will take a while, though.

Me, I'm just going to loot the good stuff from each map, travelling to all of them several times over until I have enough resources of the best sort to take out the Plague Hearts in a safe and efficient manner. Then do it again until I have all 4 Boons.

Started today. It goes slower, but no mistakes so far. The game hasn't really wind up to max yet, though, as I am still at the starting 3 Soundproofers.

Edit: I really hope I'll find a Mechanic or blank survivor soon...

im pretty sure the mode is really hard if you start with 3 fresh survivors and nothing because if a group of ferals gets u your basically ♥♥♥♥♥♥

Totally possible if you use 3 maxed out survivors. It'll be harder with 3 fresh ones for sure though. I'll probably attempt it at somepoint over the next few days.

I'm goin' in with 3 fresh ones, I want this to feel scary all the way through, NM scariness wore off like 30 minutes in the first time I tried it, and I went 3 fresh characters as well.

So i started a new community found lethal kind of easy because i was just stealthy the whole time for about 3 hours and did not lose anybody
However
On my community that was advanced they were having trouble because I was actually trying to fight them with guns or using the defense missions and npcs would shoot cauing a lot of zombies and a lot of ferals after ferals so combat in lethal yeah your ♥♥♥♥♥♥ so i guess all you have to is play stealthy the whole time the hearts tho were kind of hard to kill even if i punched a lot of ammo into them

Try it without the redtalon group its harder

Yeah same I feel like it might take me a few months tho since there are barley any resources and I used to hunt ferals for reputation but now I cant because to many zombies will show up

I'm sure it'll be possible. Give people enough time to figure out what they can and can't do. What they can and can't get away with, etc etc. Never doubt those who are really persistent and love this kind of stuff.
