Crashing when joining multiplayer
I was playing with my friend on my community for ages and we decided to swap to hers. Every time I try to join her game my game crashes after choosing who to start with. I've never had issues joining people before but it's happened 6 times in a row now.

There is a few problems I noticed playing recently. Something is going on because it didn't happen before. Keep this updated if you find out the solution. I'm having the same issue of random crashes and random window mode. My screen exits fullscreen randomly.

I verified my games file. It took a while but found 1 file wasn't correct. 300mb download to fix it and it's been working since then.

What exactly did you do though? Did you reinstall the game or what? I verified my game and it says everything is good but my game is still acting janky And I reinstalled the game but its still acting weird. :steamfacepalm:

For me it was just the one game file that needed re-verification.

Its a session error and its not a verification problem least not in ALL cases.Its an issue that needs to be resolved between development Microsoft and Steam. I do not use twitter discord ECT and i don't have to I use STEAM so i can not say whats said on those things but its a issue with the multiplayer that needs developer resolution.I will be in contact with Microsoft within the next day or two and what they tell me i will try to post here.Its an ongoing issue i am sure they will be interested in.

Thank you. Please keep this post updated. I tried to play the game but its unplayable with the crashes and the window mode and full screen mode acting janky. :steamsad:

The Errors are PC to Xbox or Xbox to PC Session Errors.Steam version and Microsoft PC version BOTH have them but with Xbox to Xbox I cannot duplicate such an Error as the sessions are being allowed. So its something Microsoft for PC and the Developer with there PC versions should Hopefully be working on.

hmm, perhaps back some months ago when i had connection issues (before they fixed them (atleast for me/my brother)) i fixed the problem you're having now premptively with adding ports for teredo. i can't really remember what exactly all i did but googling for pc teredo issues might be a good start for those having issues now

Very interesting and very odd. Don't think I ever had to do something like that with any games on steam.
