Cleo relay always fail
i probably called 20+ cleo relay drop both normal and nightmare mode
but all of the calls are failed, why is that?

Addon question: Are these rewards even worth it though? For the amount of bullets my base is wasting versus the rewards doesnt seem to match.

the CLEO Relay is only in heartland for the Achivement and a bit of easy supply worth it.

When it fails in Heartland, i solved it by rebuilding and destroying a plaque wall, so maybe it is related to a quest prgress?

im not talking about the hearland cleo drop, im talking about the cleo relay you can build in your base in campaign xD

sorry late reply. nahh aint worth it they gonna give you random cleo hybrid weapon
