maximum population
I wanted to know how to increase the maximum population of the community ... at the moment I am at 9 and it tells me that I am at the maximum I have a base of 3500 influences a friend of mine with a smaller base instead and at an altitude of 10 of population ..
I would like to increase the population thanks.

Maximum is 12, but you cannot recruit anymore from Enclaves once you hit 9 (soft cap). The only way to get more is to acquire them from Missions where one of the options is "Recruit X to your Community", so you're basically waiting on the RNG to give you a mission that has that option at the end.

You have to wait for a mission to let you recruit 3 (entire enclave) when you already have 9, there are many like those but only come up randomly

Otherwise normal limit is 10
