Libraries are very useful for finding books, though I don't think all maps have a library. I've also found higher instances of books in offices and pawn shops as well.
because of this problem, i cant upgrade my home base to add more outpost.... even i have 10 survivors in my hom base.....
All the maps have a single office or two scattered around.
19 hours, but i am still in Providence Ridge..... central town with train station, where is that in the map ?? is that a library?? also, who is the survivors who can read that computer books ??
You can recruit someone who has the Computers skill or its specializations Programming and Electronics. You do this by making "enclaves" allies, or by completing missions where you help someone with something.
These NPCs are completely randomly generated.
23 hours in gameplay, iam still can not find that library in Providence Ridge.....
but, i have 10 survivors in my lumber mill home base.....
We are talking about offices, not libraries...
there are one way to get guaranteed computers book...
make a trader leader and then make trade post, so you can call traders,
one of the traders most of the time will come with computers book, cannot remember now if its materials trader but think is parts trader, with trade post you can call for near every basic skill books,
best regards and good gaming
