Can someone test if it happens if another player drives?
I played in a game for over 45mins, we all had a car each and we ended up racing about the place, non of us disconnected.
I have surmised that when a host drives and you are in the vehicle with him, the p2p networking that the devs setup cannot keep up with it, lagging behind and thus kicks you out when it cannot correctly update your position.
If you have ever looked at the map while being in a car that the host drives (atleast) the players position skips behind the car, like it is not updating fast enough.
Nope.. my friends and I get the same issues and we live only a few km's away from each other. And we all have open NAT and 500Mbit+ Internet. Whatever is causing the issues it's almost certainly not on the users side of things. It's more likely faulty logic within the game.
AND this invisible enemies for the one who joined you... thats horrible! You get damage and cant see why... only the host can see it then... you can easily loose your characters with this ....
Exactly why i never purchased, sad, i waited a looong time for this to come out on steam so as to play coop with friends, now none of us has bought it.
Sounds like you should thank the Devs for adding in the Rapture feature to the game.
Please fix this quick like.. we love the game, but interest is being marred by bad server service.
These issues have been happening since launch 2 years ago..
