Coop in Ultimate badass is the key

Now this game is flawed and a let down in some if not most respects. But if you care to salvage your 50 dollar investment, find three guys and play the coop campaign on ultimate badass. But before you do that, install high res textures, sweet fx, and dx10. Then get all three of your buddies on team speak. Use good radio communication etiquette, for instance, "I've got point, you take the six" "I'm on tracker", "copy that", "I've got multiple readings from front and behind!"

A little bit of roll playing with the sweet effects mod makes the game much darker and more fun. Something about experiencing the game with three other guys makes it more fun. Ultimate badass proves challenging at times.

While the story is flawed, I am into where it could go from here if a sequel ever gets made. Hicks was my favorite character from Aliens and I was so pissed when they killed him off. I dunno, the corpse in alien 3 is so mangled, it could be anyone. Perhaps Hicks jettisoned the cryo tubes to fury 151 in an attempt to save Ripley and Newt. He put a WY goon in the tube so Ripley wouldn't come back for him. As we have seen before, Ripley has a habit of going back for people when the odds of recovering them is impossible.

Or hell, even a DLC with more single player stuff.

I am still pissed the demo promised more, but give the coop a shot, complete the campaign, turn the lights off and sound up, install the mods, and get back to me.

There should of been a level up from baddass.....like "Insane Ass".......It felt like the coop mode with 4 players was not that hard at all.......

I don`t play Ult. Badass co op for the hardness, I play it for the visceral experience.

The difficulty hardly scales at all, so Ultimate Badass is only slightly harder than playing on lower difficulties. I will agree that it is superior with no UI, however.

The game needs mega badass mode and an ultimate mega badass mode....
