What is considered a "tactical weapon"?

There is a challenge for 6 kills with a tactical weapon. I tried the tactical shotgun, sentry turret, flamer, and I believe the grenade launcher. So what should I use to complete this challenge because the progress bar is showing no change.

All the weapons in the tactical section of your weapon select menu, grenades and such are tactical.

Grenades, Firebomb and Claymores, those are the three tactical weapons.

A tactical-weapon, is a weapon that requires thought before use ; As it might cause serious injury or death to the person wielding it.

It's also anything in the "G" button slots...... 8P

Easiest thing is wait for a scene where the Aliens are attacking Wey-Yu mercenaries, they are all clustered together. Toss a nade into that. This goes the same for the achievement for the underlsung weapons.
