In the Pecanengine ini (localed in libaries/documents/My Games/Alien Colonial Marines/Pecan Games/Config) under Windows 7
Look for: (Under [WinDrv.WindowsClient] sub heading) or hit Ctrl, F
AllowJoystickInput=1
If its set at 0, the Xbox controller wont work.
Hope this helps.... if not I dont have a clue..
Mine works fine.
Have you gone into the options and triggered on controller support?
search for joystick ; find the line AllowJoystickInput=0 and make it a 1 ; Then you can at least play with Mouse/Keyboard. Other than that, I have had NO success in getting this to work. Sad for you, but happy for me I now know I am not the only person having this problem. Sega Support's wonderful comment: "It works on my system just fine." --Have these folks ever been in a support role before? Sheesh, I have been doing this for a living for almost 20 years; I would fire any of my engineers that give that kind of answer, then close the case.
STEAM: THERE ARE PEEPS OTHER THAN ME WITH THIS ISSUE! PLEASE HELP!
Mahon007, if that was a question it is the wired controller
