I used nvtt.dll from borderlands 2 and it accepted it but it then said that other file is missing and i couldnt find it. libvorbisfile.dll

Try reinstalling the c++ redistributables, you'll find them (most likely) in the aliens: cm\binaries\redist folder.

I just have downloaded all 8dll's and insert them in system32 folder!!!
And then this game says me to update PhysX, but I have last version of PhysX from nVidia(((

dll's name are zlib1.dll, PhysXExtensions.dll, NxCooking.dll, nvtt.dll, libvorbisfile.dll, libvorbis.dll, libpng12.dll, binkw32.dll

Ok, then try searching on Microsoft's download center
(Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package, Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable Package and Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package). That should fix your problem, if not it might be a .Net error (also on the microsoft page).
It's been a while since I had the problem myself, but I know that that nvtt.dll belongs to one of those packages :)

Кот я тоже так сделал, но видимо этих длл не хватает в основной папке игры где ехе файл, потому что он там в одиночестве один :)

Их надо кидать в систем32 и один из них, binkw32.dll, в папку с экзешником)

nah download all missind dll from dll-files.com. still crash on startup, now physX to blame. reinstalled physx dont fix it.
c++ 2010 x64 reinstall, still crash on physx

Проблема в том, что есть некие мифические дллки, которых с огнем не найдешь. Например последние дрова видяхи не дают PhysXExtensions.dll, NxCooking.dll
Хз откуда брать последние vtt.dll, libvorbisfile.dll, libvorbis.dll, libpng12.dll, binkw32.dll и причем здесь zlib1.dll. Некоторые либы могут потребовать NXCookies.dll и т.п.
