Whats the difference with all other naruto games out there?

Each of the games cover different parts of the story (except for Revolution, which doesn't have a proper story mode).

The 2 games released today are actually the first 2 games from the Storm series, they just were never on PC before.

There's Storm, which was first released on 2008, followed by Storm 2 on 2010, Storm 3 on 2013 and Storm 4 on 2016.

There's way too many differences to list out. If you're gonna start on a Naruto game, go for Storm 1.
