Some Questions Please

Can you put all the patients in a "quest" on priority at once, instead of selecting and clicking on them 1 by 1 ad nauseam?

Is there a way to put researchers so they just automatically research anything with the lowest rating? I find myself having to click on them 1 by 1, looking at what rating they are, then trying to remember that as I click on the rest. Also what happens if you don't set a research priority?

Do doctors automatically go work in a room they are specialized in after they get off break (and kick out the unspecialized guy)?

I keep seeing some people saying I don't have decorations, but I tried littering almost every inch with decs, and they still complain. It also does not tell me "where" there are no decorations?

Unless something's changed last time I played, the answer is no to this.

Also what happens if you don't set a research priority?

From what I recall in my time playing, nothing really happens. Though if your Hospital's understaffed, eventually those researches will be automatically siphoned into other Operation rooms.

Thanks for those answers. I am also wondering, when you have a dying patient selected, is there any way or button to click on to automatically use the healing kit? Right now I have to click on the patient; then click on the items tab; find the healing pack and click on it; then find the dying patient again and click on him. It's just insane if that is the only way to use it.

There is no automation buttons for the Healthpacks. Though if you just click on the healthpack first, you'll see that patients get painted in a color corrosponding with their health, so you don't necessarily have to click on the patient first.

I will say, however, the one Auto Heal thing in the game isn't an item, but a Room. I think you unlock it pretty late into the campaign, though.

What it essentially does is heal all the patients that go into the room, and allows you to go into the Patient List and click a button that forces a patient to go to the room

Ya, I just finished that scenario. It's an "autoburn" room or some such thing. I had no idea really what it was for, but now I see.

It's called the "Recovery Ward", I believe.
