Game doesn't start at all: Application load error 3:0000065432

Did anyone got this error too? The first release of the game worked for me, but after the first update I got this error. I waited several updates, hoping that this error would be fixed, but nothing changed.

This error is not specifically a Praey for the Gods issue but one that stems from Steam itself. Most people suggest it's either and issue with anti-virus, updating drivers, reinstalling Steam or the game cache as it could be something was corrupted by Steam pushing an update.

Like I said this happens with other games as well. So the good news is that you aren't alone and this is definitely fixable. In most cases, people mention white-listing the game in their anti-virus (apparently Fsecure is notorious for this issue).

Thank you very much for your answer. When you mentioned FSecure, I tried it first and now everything works. I bought the game first and then after a while I switched to FSecure.
