well look at this :O http://preyforthegods.com/ the url says prey, but everywhere else on the site it says Praey :P and on the steam site it says Praey

now thats just stupid. how the ♥♥♥♥ could anyone even think a game called "prey" could get mixed up with a game called "prey for the gods". thats like saying im not able to say star because it'll get mixed up with starwars.

It's the sad truth about corporate. The scumbags didn't want any game competing with theirs so they shut it down. Honestly, though, No Matter is lucky to have been able to keep "Praey".

I'm still extremely hyped for this game, though!

"pray with gods" sounds like some religious conversion crap, "pray for gods" sounds like a dumb and overly simple name, and "Sacriface for the Gods" sounds like a horror game. note its prey not pray.

It's called Prey for the Gods and it should remain Prey For the Gods. If not, i'll buy the game and rename the .exe file to say Prey for The Gods. Bethesda and ZeniMax can go to hell.

Matter of fact i'll be buying a bunch of copies to send to all my friends. I hope this dev team goes far.

Its officially Praey because american trademark laws forces the the ownership of the trademark 'Prey' to fight for the right to keep the word 'Prey' trademarked; If Prey of the Gods have been accepted Zenimax parant of Bethesda will have lost their trademark protection of the brand Prey and wont be able to fight against fake games using the Prey brand for their financial gain in the process likely harming Bethesda's AND Prey's reputation imo.
