The store page for Kaperfahrt is live, and the playtest has started.
Close in, hold your line, and let the broadside speak. When a ship strikes, you decide what happens to it. Sink it, let it go, or take it. What you take becomes yours, and from there you are not sailing alone anymore. You set the formation yourself, line ahead, line abreast, wedge or vanguard, and your escorts hold it.
The sea is not scenery. Over two hundred captains sail it with their own goals, their own routes and their own quarrels. They trade, they scheme and they fight each other whether you are anywhere near or not. Five houses pull at the map from above, and the economy answers to all of it. Blockade a port and watch its stores run dry. Come back with a full hold and name your price.
Kharon the Ship Eater. Morgatha of the Last Mutiny. Naima the Chart Eater. Twenty three of them, each with a reputation, an agenda and a way of fighting that is theirs alone. Clearing the Blacklist means learning every single one of them.
