If you want to use a fixed multiplier instead of the automatic one, I recommend you turn Automatic Force Adjustment back on and start a fight against the sparring partner on Endurance. Focus on throwing only at a comfortable level of effort, and don't throw as hard as you possibly can. Throw a good number and a good variety of punches, but make sure you're not knocking the opponent down or getting knocked down. It's crucial you make it all the way to the scorecards and that the round doesn't end early by TKO or KO.
Once the fight is over, go turn off Automatic Force Adjustment, and the sliders should already be set to a good number for you. Give it a try, and if you feel too strong or too weak, you can come back and make adjustments.
Note that this won't change the numbers you see at the heavy bag or boxing dummy, as they don't use the multiplier for the numbers they show you.
