I'm not seeing anything for this game to choose in the haptic setting, only FPS VR games are listed, this isn't

The game list you're looking at is for the audio-based haptics mode for games that don't have native support. The games listed are presets that bHaptics has made so that you don't have to mess with the settings yourself. TotF has native support, though, so you'll want to turn off the audio based haptics mode. Just pair your gear and then start up TotF, and the game should detect and start using your bHaptics gear automatically.
