It's not top secret, but I just don't have anything concrete to share yet. I'm still working on it getting it started.

TotF2 will be a completely new project - not just enhancements on top of TotF1. The plan is to take the realism to the next level both mechanically and aesthetically, and multiplayer is a primary consideration.

Thats awesome , With a complete new project you can also consider implementing workshop possibilities and stuff. Theres tons of potential for this game, cant wait to see whats to come.

I'd temper my expectations. My guess is that unless limiters or penalties are implemented, any pvp match is just going to be a lot of wild, non-stop flailing.

It's a great way to practice your bobbing and weaving. Let alone blocking. You might not be able to land much, but the longer it goes in the fight, the more tired your opponent gets.

Shadow boxing pitter patter does way too much damage. If you rely on head movement with the current blocking mechanic, you'll get swarmed. Footwork is the only way to survive pressure in the current game and I have no idea how pvp space considerations will be resolved.

Get on it! TOTF is the best VR game around IMO.

I can see this being resolved by 1 of 2 things.

1) Minimum requirement to pvp.
2) If a mismatch between two zones have been found, set it to the minimum zone.

Multiplayer is by far my most requested feature. TotF wasn't designed in a way that multiplayer could be added, but TotF2 will be. Because of that, multiplayer is basically going to be available for TotF2 on "day one", and in fact I may release an early early early access version of TotF2 that's multiplayer only (Thrill of the Fight Club?) while the single player parts are still being developed.

I plan on the single player portions being bigger and better than what's in TotF1. It's really too early to say what will make it in or how it will turn out, though.

I have had numerous conversations with people that think what you are doing is tip of the iceberg revolutionary for health/fitness/VR. I am excited to see what you could bring to the table and can't wait to start testing and helping it along when you start. TOTF has done wonders for my mental and physical health and I'd be more than happy to help out in any way.
