Thanks for playing! Right now I generally just use TotF's Steam news feed, and that's where I plan to make any announcements for the time being. I also post on Reddit as u/fyian and might make announcements over there if I have anything particularly significant to say.
TotF1 won't get multiplayer, but if I'm able to make TotF2 multiplayer would be a primary goal for that project. TotF1 just isn't built for it. Stay tuned!
Weird question, but how tall are you?
The in-game glove sizes should be approximately the size of actual boxing gloves. If you're trying to get to "bare knuckle" size then they're not really designed with that in mind, but that shouldn't have changed since last year.
Is your floor position incorrect? You can test this just by setting a controller on the floor and seeing if it's noticeably below or above the floor you see in the headset. If so, that can affect how tall the game thinks you are.
It sounds like it's not a height scaling issue at all, but I'm not sure what would be causing it. The Oculus SDK (or SteamVR, depending on how you're playing) chooses how far apart to space your "eye cameras", which determines how large or small the world visually appears. I think by default it uses your IPD, so you might try moving the slider around if you have an original Rift with the external cameras or by rerunning the IPD setup if you're using a Rift S.
Do you play the game in SteamVR mode or in native Oculus mode?

How do i change the floor height?
With WMR headsets, if you notice the floor height is off, then I think you'll need to rerun your room scale setup. I can't recall, but I think there's a step where you correct the floor height.
