I saw that some people have this problem so i do all that, Citrix is not on my pc and i don't have Graphics card in my pc, my windows is update. Can you pls help i just buy the game :(

Ok so now the problem is fixed i don't really know how i just follow a tuto on YT but thanx because you try to help me and that make me feel fine soo thx and have a good day(For people who have this problem just write Dungeons 3 dungeons 3 crash on start
