Outside of the whole Dungeons franchise and War For The Overworld there's not really that many. I mean, I guess there's Impire? Although it's not really all that great. KeeperRL might be interesting but is early access. Legend Of Keepers seems alright but is more thematically similar rather than mechanically. Orc Colony looked interesting but again is early access and doesn't look like it's ever gonna come out.

Bit of a stretch, but you know something that might scratch the itch? The Spatials. Isometric base building with a bit of RTS going on as well. Honestly, if someone would just take the engine for that game and reskin it for a dungeon sim you'd have something really promising .

i love legend of the keepers but its nothing like dungeons.

You can try overlord, it's an old serie but good with some sick humor like dungeon keeper.

This game has a similar tone, sort of ... but it's also more serious than Dungeons 3 or Dungeon Keeper is, whilst still having a kooky, not-super-serious sense of humor:
