could you share some more details on that? In case of crashes it is also recommended sharing your system specs in advance to get this properly sorted.
If you are not familiar getting those details, simply do as following:
- Click 'Steam Help' menu (top left of your Steam-client window).
- Select second-last option 'System Information' in the dropdown menu.
- Right-click in the popped-up window and select 'Copy all text to clipboard'
- Simply paste the copied system information into your next post here.
Thank you in advance.-cheers

I can play these games on this computer years ago from another steam account. I reinstalled the system recently, and want to play it again shared from the family account, but some games failed in launching. I still can play some games but not all of them, cannot figure out what happened..

The problem was that I got Citrix Display Driver installed for unknown purpose, and this is troubling the game platform, once removed, the game is going fine!
there will be no imminent fix, as please be aware Critix is nothing that has been developed in order to work with games, as it is purely for work. Therefore, it is almost impossible for us, getting this properly sorted and I doubt getting in touch with Critix to get their software optimized for games in general will have another result.
