You need to sacrifice 100 captured heroes. Just pick them up with a left mouse click and throw them into the ritual altar with the right mouse button. Once you sacrificed 100 the summoning icon in the top right corner of the screen unlocks and you can summon the absolute evil. However, I recommend you get 150 heroes for the extra achievement.
