Start by sacrificing the 10 living heroes, that the narrator tells you to. Remember that only the inner tiles in the prison can hold prisoners, 1 hero per inner tile, so you need a big prison. I believe that there are 6 or 7 heroes in each party.
To get the achievement, you must continue sacrificing heroes. The first party of (additional) heroes gave me an arachnid, the second batch gave me a few imps, and the third batch gave me a succubus. When you get her, you get the achievement.
1. Sacrifice 5 snots
2. Sacrifice 5 Novices/Priestesses
3. Sacrifice 5 Wardens
4. Sacrifice 10 heroes.
If you don't get arachnids then sacrifice 5Thiefs.
I found this thread when trying to figure out how to get the Achievement.
The post quoted above isn't 100% accurate, because you don't necessarily get the Achievement when you get the succubus. I got the succubus by following the instructions in this thread, but I still received no Achievement.
However, I received the creatures in this order: arachnid, succubus. Then I was confused by the quoted post since the Achievement didn't pop and I didn't know if my game was bugged or what the heck was going on.
After a while of being confused, I figured out that I had never received the imps. So then I kept sacrificing more prisoners and got the imps. Then the Achievement popped for me.
In other words, getting the Achievement when you get the succubus is only applicable in cases where the succubus appears third. But in cases where she doesn't appear third, then her appearing doesn't give the Achievement.
5 Novices/Priestesses (female humans) = Succubus
5 Rogues/Thieves (female dark elves) = Arachnid
5 Wardens/Rangers (female elves) = 2 Imps
The hero sacrifice counter doesn't matter. Getting all of the above pops the achievements.
