Bought Deluxe.. no new skins ect

So I bought the game.. liked it so decided to add on the deluxe for additional skins characters.

From what I understand the new characters aren´t out yet but I´ll get them when they DO come out.. but the skins... where are they?

Aren´t I supposed to have an evil Ryu skin? It´s not ingame... and for that matter I can´t find ANYTHING new from the deluxe edition.

What gives?

you only got the costumes if you preordered the game. so you and others who bought it after release have to wait until the DLC are released in the store. the character pass will give you access to one costume for each of the new characters but not for the already existing roster.

Skins were preorder only. Deluxe edition gives you the 6 new characters (venom, black panther, black widow, sigma, monster hunter, winter soldier) as they come out, 2 characters a month for 3 months.
