Any way to disable touch screen controls?

I'm playing on AYANEO 2, sometimes if the screen is touched slightly it takes over the controls. I've had this take over and not revert to the controller on one occasion but most of the time it reverts back on next button press.

In any case, I'd like to disable the touch controls if possible so that this doesn't occur.
