2nd green battery needed for the water mill in Gardens of Creativity?
Where do I find it?

I think the Bird mentioned something about Freedom Isles, but then I paused the game, came back and tried to backtrack and didn't seem to be right, did I not see it in the Gardens of Creativity or do I actually have to go back some place?

You only need the one battery that is already there (Hint, you can dismantle the elevator you came into the zone on), BUT you could potentially have had a spare from the very first zone. You will need both later on if you want to collect the fragment just outside of the garden.

Thank you, I didn't realize I could just switch the one there into the socket, to make it work :)
