Please extend the "HUD pixel effects" settings to the whole game, or another setting for non HUD elements

I'm glad the doubling can be removed from the HUD, but the rest of the UI is still very hard on the eyes for me. Please consider expanding this to the entire UI, for more clarity

Yeah, I wish the setting worked in the menus. The menus are really painful to look at. :(
