R8D2 Secondary Fog Levels
It looks like the highest Alarm Level to lower the fog is really difficult. Does anyone know how far it goes down on the medium level? Where would we need to use the turbine afterwards?

If I recall, the medium scan lowers the fog enough for everything before Empress Mom . Her room and onwards are completely coated in fog.

I honestly don't see it worth doing secondary if you aren't gonna go for the max scan.

Yeah, sounds like it, the moving scan would probably be hell. Thanks :)

If you dont do the extreme options in the R8 levels you will have a very bad time lol
These are the final levels and the devs have made all the extra objectives punishing. :emofdr:

It is kind of worth doing secondary as it does unlock the supply depot early. You can open it before you start the Error/Surge . It can also be unlocked early if you do the... was it 12 scan? But ye. It is worth it in my opinion, but yeah, you just have suffer the 9 scan in 2ndry.

dont listen to those people that fog only really affects u during 2 sections which both can be easily mitigated by having for repellers, just go for lvl 5-7 scan and u will be just fine

Haha i mean if you really hate yourself and your friends you can totally do that level in fog but for everyone else just do the full scan.
Its not much harder than the regular options. You will face 1 extra hydra and you are supposed to get a snatcher but it most likely wont even spawn in due to getting blocked by the regular enemies.
If you save 2 foam grenades from the previous storage room you can blow the hydra away in 5 seconds, super easy, just practice it a lil. :waytohell:
